enviro.lytics is currently offered on an early-access, pre-launch basis. The Service is under active development, may change without notice, and may contain errors or incomplete features. Features, pricing, and availability described on the website are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer.
2.Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent. If we provide account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) rely on the Service as your sole means of regulatory compliance.

5.Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software, and content (excluding government regulatory text and your own data), is owned by enviro.lytics and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, enviro.lytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any regulatory penalties, fines, or enforcement actions, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
